GNACOPS Embarks on a Visionary 2024 Journey:

Pioneering Evolution in Private Education

In a strategic move aligned with the theme “Reimagine, Rethink, Redeliver: Crafting Education for Perpetual Evolution,” the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS) orchestrated a dynamic two-day retreat, underscoring its commitment to lead the private education sector in Ghana into a transformative era.

National Executive Director’s Strategic Odyssey

Obenfo Nana Kwasi Gyetuah, the esteemed National Executive Director of GNACOPS, took center stage to narrate the organization’s remarkable journey, intertwining it with the theme. Mr. Gyetuah emphasized the values of sacrifice and hard work, urging all team members to embrace these principles for the perpetual evolution of GNACOPS in the ever-changing landscape of private education.

Legal Luminary Guides Career Trajectories in the Era of Evolution

Kwabene Taylor, a notable legal practitioner, delivered insights on career development within the theme’s context. He advocated for meticulous career portfolio crafting, aligning it with the theme’s call to “Rethink” one’s professional journey. Mr. Taylor’s counsel provided a strategic roadmap for employees to adapt, evolve, and deliver excellence in a dynamically changing educational landscape.

Customer Care Mastery for Perpetual Evolution

Baffour Boakye, a distinguished labor law expert, contributed expertise on customer care, grounding it in the theme’s imperative to “Redeliver.” Mr. Boakye stressed the pivotal role of outstanding customer service within GNACOPS, highlighting its role in fostering positive relationships and contributing to the perpetual evolution of the organization.

Operational Brilliance: Crafting Education’s Future

Mr. Abu Morrison, GNACOPS’ Operations Director, played a central role by providing a comprehensive overview of the organization’s activities, aligning it with the theme’s call to “Reimagine” and envision the future of private education. Morrison’s detailed rundown showcased the diverse initiatives and achievements of GNACOPS, laying the foundation for innovative approaches in the evolving educational landscape.

The retreat emerges as a purposeful platform, strategically designed to prepare GNACOPS for the challenges and opportunities of 2024. It serves as a catalyst for employees to not only understand the organization’s journey but also to actively engage in “Reimagining, Rethinking, and Redelivering” education for perpetual evolution. As GNACOPS charts this visionary course, the commitment and diligence of its workforce become even more integral to navigating the transformative path ahead.
